The first question you should answer is whether it is worth for us to go to internet. Unfortunately, most responses are based on the experience of friends and acquaintances. However, the goods and services they sell, the target consumer may totally differ from yours. This question can be answered best by professionals who have already created and implemented a number of internet projects. The main question to be answered then is if one can expect any return on investment.
 
Entering the internet strategy can be split into two main parts: reducing expenditures on activities and attracting additional consumers.
 
Our basic direction is attracting additional consumers for the lower price than using other measures. What are the functions of the company IKS in this process:
▪  Analyzing the consumer and his habits;
▪  Analyzing the competitors' activities, measures used and their activity;
▪  Analyzing the price for reaching the consumers through internet and other mass media;
▪  Determining the most effectives measures for reaching the consumers;
▪  Giving out recommendations for the long-term strategy;
▪  Deciding on what is the best way to present the company and its product to the consumer;
▪  Giving recommendations on and searching for partners for the joint project.
